Mother's Day Celebration - BET's Dr. Bobby Jones in concert with St. John Baptist Church Choirs - Back

On Mother's Day, May 11, 2008, BET's Dr. Bobby Jones will be in concert with the St. John Baptist Church choirs. Morning worship service will begin at 10:00 am. Evangelist Velma Jones, of Cold Spring C.O.G.I.C., will deliver the Mother's Day sermon.

Dr. Bobby Jones has been with BET since 1980. He dominates Sunday programming as the host and executive producer of Bobby Jones Gospel, and producer of Video Gospel. Bobby Jones Gospel is one of the network's most popular shows. Dr. Jones along with the New Life Singing Aggregation performs contemporary gospel music with an array of gospel artists such as Kirk Franklin, John P. Kee, Yolanda Adams, The Canton Spirituals, Hezekiah Walker and many more.
